i want to know can the scottish courts put points on my driving licence as i come from northern ireland.i was caught speeding .

There is now a reciprocal reporting system between NI and Scotland and the rest of the UK. Points awarded in Scotland will be reported to the NI authority. This has been the case for some years now.
