Hi, my fiance and I live and work in London. This is a second marriage for both and we have agreed a pre-nup for England and Wales but our actual wedding /marriage is taking place in SCotland. How does that affect the pre-nup?
Thank you for your question.

The prenup should be made in accordance with the law where you live, not where your marriage takes place.

I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
