Customer Question

Hi I have had a PVG carried out and it has been returned showing 2 breach of the peaces.

I was wanting to know how i can find out what one of these was for, i went to a police station and was not able to get information on this.

The information on my disclosure that came through only shows dates and breach of peace, can the prospective employer get additional information on these breach of the peaces?

Thank you for your question.

Your employer can't get any more information than is given under the PVG.

You can contact the police yourself and ask for more information by making a subject assess request under the Data Protection Act.
