VerifiedGood Afternoon! my name is ***** ***** ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Saturn i know it can be worrying to deal with those lights coming on the dash, now in GM designed vehicles those two lights come on whenever a powertrain fault is recorded by the onboard computer, wed need to test to make sure if any codes are being set that would cause, i highly doubt this will be an issue specific to the traction control here, once that code is found and corrected the lights will be able to turn themselves off and youll be good to go, let me know if you have any further questions, im here to help!
