Problem with your Saturn, is there is NO Customer Input to "DISABLE" the Factory Alarm.
You can keep it DISARMED by Locking the Doors "Manually"
NOT with Remote and Not with the Power Door Lock Switch.
DO THIS:
KEY ON
Prior to opening Driver Door and exiting Vehicle
Lock Doors with Power Door Lock Switch
Turn Key OFF
Open Driver Door
LOCK Manually with the Door Lock (not power lock switch)
Close Driver Door
This should NOT activate the Factory Alarm
You can also inquire with GM Dealer to see if they can Disable via GM Scan Tool
