2006 Saturn Ion2, 2.2L, 209K mostly highway miles. Got P0741 code, torque converter clutch circuit stuck off. Question: Where is the TCC solenoid and its wiring located? Can I access it without removing the trans pan?
JA: Has the clutch been slipping? Are you having any trouble shifting?
Customer: No. Car drives normally. although I avoid h
JA: Are you fixing your Ion yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Haven't tried anything yet. Is the solenoid/wiring accessible without removing the pan? I'm not prepared for that. No sign of trans slippage, although I avoid heavy throttle usage.
