The right head lamp doesnt work and now the light on the D,

The right head lamp doesnt work and now the light on the D, R is fading too..... I had an electic tester attached to it and juice seems to flow through to the socket
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: the middle light I replaced with an H11 b
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: saturn 2004 l300
JA: Are you fixing your L300 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i changed the light bulb only..... and dont know how to open the front of the lamp to check if its the housing.....
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

May be I misunderstood, but you said the right headlight is not working and you tested the plug to it and you have power and ground which means the bulb is to blame for the headlight not working and you need those steps?
