Hello, my name is***** usually means the fuse box under hood has failed, it is a common problem. Check for blown PCM/ECM fuse or ECM/TRANS fuse. Check for Ignition 1 voltage at Engine Control Module (ECM) connector C2 terminal 34. If no voltage, check powertrain relay power and control circuits. Check for Ignition 1 voltage at ECM connector C1 terminal 28. If no voltage, check run/crank relay power and control circuits. If low voltage at pin 28, check the Underhood Electrical Center (UHEC) connector C5 pin B3. If connectors are good but voltage is low replace the fuse box/UHEC. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.

Dan, thanks, ***** ***** need a bit of further guidance. Which fuse nbrs are those for pcm/ecm and pcm/trans? Do I actually unplug the connector to take the measurements at C2 terminal 34 or do I take measurements off the fuse box. I do see two big plugs to ecm those are c1 and c2 right? But if so what is connector C5? Thanks!
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Dan can you tell me what C1, C2, C5 terminals mean? Thanks

You can check with ECM and UHEC plugged in, just backprobe wiring. Here is connector diagram of each.
