Customer Question

I can not locate the fuse box for the gate lift on my 2008 saturn. I even looked in the manual
JA: Have you checked the manual yet? Most vehicles have two fuse panels.
Customer: Yes I have
JA: What is the model of your '08 Saturn?
Customer: Vue
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I hoping too. My rear hatch won't open
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I tried popping open the cover from the inside and manually opening it, but it doesn't open enough to actually open the hatch

Hello, the gate is BCM or basically computer controlled, Hard to diagnose from my end, Could be the actuator, could be the BCM could be the fuse, I have the fuse location, it is fuse #32 in the INSIDE fuse box marked on my aend as RR CLR a 10 amp fuse. be sure to change fuse not just look at it. here is link to diagram showing the RRR CLR fuse
