Customer: No I haven't checked the fuses. The car starts and runs fine

Good evening, this is what we need to do. Disconnect both of the battery cables and let it sit for five minutes. Before reconnecting them touch them together. Reconnect the battery cables. Now sit inside the car and insert the key. Turn the key all the way to start but do not let the car start simply let it click to start than release allowing the key to sit in the on position. Wait 10 mins. Turn the key to off and remove. Repeat the step 3 times total for 30 minutes. If this does not correct the problem you need to replace the alarm control module.
