The motor blew and we need to find out if we need to remove

Customer Question

The motor blew and we need to find out if we need to remove transmission with motor or can we unbolt the transmission and take motor out its a 2003 Saturn LW300
JA: How many miles are on the car? What size is the engine?
Customer: ?
JA: What confuses you?
Customer: Can we remove the motor without the transmission
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Or do we have to remove engine with transmission on it
JA: Is there anything else the Saturn Mechanic should be aware of about your Saturn?
Customer: The motor is ready to be taken out and yes we are doing it ourselves.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Saturn Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello and thank you for your question,

Your 3.0 engine can be removed with the transmission left in place. Would you like the steps to do so?
