I have a Saturn l300 Sedan, 2003 in which the headlights will just come on for no reason. Even if the key is not in the ignition they will come on. Replaced the signal and dimmer switch. Still having the issue.

You may want to replace the Headlight Relay, located in Instrument Fuse / Relay Panel, as the Relay is likely shorting.
Otherwise, the BCM (body control module) can cause this issue & the system would need use of GM Dealer Scan Tool to Test
