1999 Saturn sc2 blown head gasket Filled the reservor with water to conduct a leak test. I found a hole that is blown from the inside out of the oil pan size 1/4 " x 2/3" hole what would of cause asuch a hole in my oil pan yes got pretty hot resulting a blown head gasket

I've asked a few people I know and they've never heard anything like it before during all their years in their entire career. I'm dumb founded completely please help haven't a clue I'm wanting to fix my car shi!!!?? May stem deeper than just a blown head gasket

A hole blown from the inside out of your oil pan would most likely be a broken connecting rod bolt, or some other catastrophic mechanical failure within the bottom end.
When you get to look at what has happened in the lower end, then you can make a decision on which way to go.
I'd say a suspect overheated engine that now has a hole in the sump is going to be time for a complete engine rebuild.
