Hi. Stalling is generally attributed to the crankshaft position sensor or its wiring. Does fuel level make any difference? What kind of Saturn is this? Thanks.

Ok. Have you tried replacing the crank shaft position sensor, or checked its wiring to make sure it is not chaffing on the engine or transmission? That would be the first step.
Also, the other common thing to cause stalling is the idle air control valve. It is located near the throttle body. Commonly when letting off the gas the idle air control valve, if it is not working correctly, will block off too much air and cause the car to stall.
