What are you using to get these codes?
B07FI, P00DC, CSF87, U3111, C0700, C3F07, C3883
Because they are not valid Saturn codes, This could be related to the code reader you are using.

P0378 = Timing Reference High Resolution Signal B Intermittent/Erratic Pulses.

Many things may cause this code to appear including vacuum leaks, faulty sensors and even dirty MAF sensor. Most common is a faulty coil pack But with the P0100 code I would say the MAF sensor is bad.

P0100 = Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit.
