VerifiedHello John, a very common issue on these (and I have an 06 Ion too) is faulty ignition switches. They are inexpensive and easy to change, but will cause intermittent no crank situations. The radio may be another issue. The ignition switch could cause this too, but the radio itself may have failed. Mine did too. Let me know if you need any assistance.
