my car makes clicking noise but wont start

You must check the connections to be clean & tight .If corrosion is found replace cables.You may need to load test your battery to make sure it will handle high amperage load.I have seen some new batteries bad & same goes for the starter.It takes at least 150-200 amps to crank the engine.

There is not any corrosion. when the key is turned it just clicks

You must test the circuits then,for some reason you have a high resistance factor in the circuit.Use the test lamp to make sure there is a start signal from the ignition switch.If this is a manual transmission check the clutch switch at the pedal.
