From the description, it seems unlikely that the IAT sensor replacement would be related to any of the things youa re experiencing.
The symptoms you describe are most likely being caused by a fault related to the vehicle's body control module. The BCM controls the vehicle alarm system (which is connected to the lights and locks).
Unfortunately, this is not going to be something you can diagnose nor repair yourself at home; diagnosing this type of fault requires use of a scan tool that can communicate with the vehicle's BCM to retrieve fault codes and live body system data to be able to see what is occurring. You will need to take the vehicle in to either a Saturn dealer or to an independent shop equipped for BCM access on this model to be diagnosed...
