Changed fuel pump on 2006 97x still having trouble starting it on cold mornings after it sits all night

Brand new

ok, if it has a hard time starting after sitting all night. you either have leaky injectors or sticky valves due to carbon deposits.

Then this morning it blew pressure line off of fuel pump. Key was in on position and vehicle not running

ok, the bleed down is way to fast for 30 seconds. is that 60 psi with the engine running or ey on engine off?

that's a bit to high. when you replaced the pump, did you just replace the pump or the entire fuel sender module with the pump already in it?
