Customer Question

the top will not open and it says to remove goods from trunk but the trunk is completely empty
JA: Have you tried silicone spray or WD-40?
Customer: I dont think is because of rust or anything because the message center tells me that there is something in the trunk
JA: What is the model/year of your Saab?
Customer: 2011 saab 9-3 turbo4 2.0t engine convertible
JA: Are you fixing your 9-3 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, I empty out everything in the trunk because its what the message center says
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think there is like a sensor in the trunk that advices the car computer if there is something in the trunk to prevent from opening the top but I remove all covers from the trunk and same thing happens
