Howdy and welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** and I am a Master Certified RV Tech. I have been working on RVs for 35 plus years. I understand how frustrating RV issues can be. May I get the first name of the person I am working with today? I see you are having an issue with your thermostat. Are you sure the thermostat is set to degrees or Celsius?
When you are at the lake, are you plugged in or just running off of battery power?
Ok. This only happens a couple of times but goes back to working when you get it home.
Can you show me your thermostat?
I am going to send you a few pictures of thermostats to try and identify what you have.

Ok.. I am going to do some research and see if your issue is something normal or unusual. Give me a few minutes.
When you are at the lake, are you using 30 amp or 50 amp plug?
Ok.. Here is a manual for the thermostat.

Is there a remote temperature sensor for the second A/C?
Ok.. when you press the inside temp button, it should show you the inside temp of your unit. Zone 2 would be the remote sensor. Zone 1 is the actual wall thermostat.
I do not see that issue pop up on any of the diagnostics and troubleshooting manuals.
