Sorry for the delay in someone getting to your question here! It has been crazy busy these last few days. I used to have an RV repair facility and worked on these systems for a living. Please give me a few minutes to type up an answer here for you. And don't be alarmed if I don't get right back to you when you respond. Whose slide out hardware is this? Once I know that I can offer more here and provide a link to the correct Service Manual. It seems like the roller under the slide that maintains the level off the floor is broken or has some issue. Please get back to me with this information or some photos attached to your response and I can offer more here for you. No time limits. Randall

Cable driven slide. It is actually the bed extension on the slide. Photos are under bed storage. The two black things are pieces of foam with adhesive on one side that mysteriously appeared after extending the slides on a trip.

This is a cut in the vinyl from some staples to hold pedestal kick plate on that missed their mark (supporting stud).
