2017 triton voltage 3551 slide won’t slide out. Tightens the cables and loosens but only clicks when trying to push out.
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: Electric motor on top of slide. Used it a week ago worked fine. Slid it in, now it won’t go out.

I see you are having an issue with your slide out not wanting to work. Look in your battery area for a automatic reset breaker that might be tripped causing the motor not to work. There could be several of them in the area. Some of them have a reset button on them and some do not.
Here is a service manual for your slide out. Page 2 talks about troubleshooting.

yes. I would also recommend a multimeter if you do not already have one to measure voltage.

I just looked at your video. You have power going to it, but something is hanging up or the motor gears are stripped. Go back and look at the manual I sent you.
