Is the 5 amp fuse on the circuit board blown? If you do not have a meter to check that, just replace the fuse.
That fuse blows normally from a shorted heating element.
If the fuse is NOT blown, the circuit board failed.

OK, on the 9000 series, 2 black leads on the heater, remove from the board, OHM should read 63 OHMs, if not, replace it.
