2015 Dometic 13,500 blowing hot air, no cold. 30 amp good, 20 amp breaker good, fan good...can hear Dometic Duo Therm RV

If the compressor is on then chances are good that you lost the refrigerant in the system.  Take the cover off up on top of the roof and see if it is running or not.  Is so and there is no frost on the low side return line from the evaporator then it is probably leaking.  That is usually terminal since there are no charging ports.  Let me know what you find and we can go from there.  Randall

What is the actual AC voltage out of the 20 amp Service breaker?

On top of the compressor under that black cap.

Yes, most do.  See if the wires look burnt or the points burned.
