Howdy and welcome to Just Answer.  My name is ***** ***** and I am a Master Certified RV Tech. I understand how frustrating RV issues can be.  I have been  working on RVs for 35 plus years.  I see you are having an issue with your leveling jacks.  What brand are they and are they hydraulic or electric?

Customer
Hi Kevin

If it is a hydraulic system, find the pump motor and normally there is a in line fuse that controls power to the panel.

Customer
It’s called power hear electronic leveling system
Customer
gear

Ok.. hold on just a second I am sending you a link to your jack system that is readily available from Lippert, who bought out power gear.

Customer
I don't see any inline fuses to it - there is a hot power wire coming into the harness...but no hot wires at the leveling station
Customer
I took off the panel next to the drivers seat...no power there at the buttons

Can you take some pictures of your control panel and your pump motor?

Customer
No power here...

Ok.. I am researching right now to find the right manual for you.

Need to look for the controller that will be mounted toward the center of the RV in a basement area on the ceiling.

Customer
I had unplugged it to reset ...no luck

Look in your battery compartment for the house and see if there are any auto reset breakers.

Customer
Nothing there

Fuses are good - power on both sides of everything here
Customer
I'm an old millwright by trade ...so I'm no dummy ;). But this bitch has me stumped

Do you have power to the motor of the pump?

Look on page 10 for a wiring diagram.  This manual will also tell you where to check for voltage on the system.

https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com/manuals/leveling-and-stabilization/ccd_0002309.pdf

Page 11 tells you where to check for voltage and troubleshoot your system.  Do you have a battery control box in the basement area close to the batteries?

Customer
I just jump weed the cylanoid at the pump. It works that way
Customer
Jumpered
Customer
I don't see a control box anywhere - like with a master switch?
Customer
I'll suck the slides in in case that has anything to do with it???
Customer
No luck

There will not be master switch on it.  The controller is what tells the pad when you are level.  The power comes from the battery to the solenoid then to the controller.  From the controller, it goes to the panel.  There is a blue wire from the controller back to solenoid that engages the pump motor.    Double check all your grounds on the system.  Are your batteries full of water?

Customer
All batteries are testing good power - there is a bit of corrosion...I could clean and try that
Customer
The controller had power coming to it

You should be getting 12v power on pins 3 and 4 on the pad according to page 11

did you find the control box?

Customer

On the 4 pin connector, do you have power on the pin 3 power (black)and 4 ground (blue or green)

Customer
No power on any
Customer
Will have to continue this in the morning as it's 10pm and daylight is gone -

You do have power on the red wire from the pump harness, correct?

It is 10 PM here as well.  I will be on line at 9 AM tomorrow and we can continue.

Customer
Ok thx

My pleasure.

Customer
I ordered a new controller- has to be the issue. Power goes in but not out to the front keypad

That is what I was thinking too.

Glad I could help. I appreciate good ratings for my service today.   If you are not satisfied with my service today, please let me know so I can do better next time. There are also other experts available to help you as well.   Thanks for using Just Answer and have a great day.
