I see you are having issues with your 120v electrical system. Have you checked the breakers on the pole and in the power center of your trailer?

we’ve pulled all of the relevant fuses and this has happened both at home on regular 120 and on a 30 amp hookup

Sorry, 110 at home, I think.

Microwave works fine in both cases.
You need to be looking at your breakers, no the fuses.
Turn all your breakers off, then turn them back on.
