Have to run this on AC power for at least 8 hours and see if the box cools, if the box does not cool on both LP and AC power the thermistor and cooling unit is suspect.
IF you get no cooling on AC power disconnect the thermistor and let the fridge run for 8 hours, when you disconnect the thermistor it puts the fridge into a full cooling cycle, if the box cools then I would replace it. The thermistor is inside the box, one end goes to a fin in the back of the box and the other end plugs into the light connector.
IF the box does not get cold then the cooling unit is suspect, a cooling unit can rupture or become blocked, for a rupture you might smell ammonia or see a yellowish powder on the back of the fridge.
For a blockage you would not have any symptoms at all but no cooling on both sources, normally when a cooling unit is blocked it needs to be replaced, sometimes tapping the cooling unit coils with a rubber mallet or pulling the fridge and flipping it end over end and letting it stand upright level for several hours can help.
