Is the furnace also running when using AC?
No other floor vents throughout the camper have heat coming out, only the bathroom?
Is the concern in the front or rear bathroom?

Thanks for those details.

I do not believe I have ever seen a camper whereas the furnace only blows from one vent but that is the only thing that can get heat out from the floor. Your thermostat is the likely faulty part here. It is telling the furnace to be on while you are wanting to use only AC. You can remove the fuse for the furnace to prevent its operation till you can get the camper to a shop to be diagnosed and repaired.
