Can’t find how to turn winguard antenna on sunseeker 2400 MBs .. just bought new 2020 and can’t get channels on tv especially bedroom and outside tv which were probably never setup

Scanning to find channels and it finds none.... the living room tv at least shows previously located channels but they do not come in today i feel like we do not know where antenna on button is

Ok, you likely have the Air360+ antenna on there as the Connexx is the receiver. Does that sound about right?

Excellent. That Air360 is a great antenna. Ok, lets check one thing first. https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps this site will let you know what signals for TV are in your area and their strength. Now, the important thing too is that this signal relies heavily on line of sight. So if the house or trees are blocking it, you will not get any signal unfortunately. Radio waves do not like things blocking it. After you do the TV check, let me know if you have some signals and if you can see what direction it is in relation to your current location as we are going to try to see if anything is blocking that.

Ok, where the coax for the TV connects, you should see a little green light or a press button. Push it and try again. This is an amplifier. Its not ideal but its worth a try.

Ok, it sounds like the Air360 has a problem that will likely need to be addressed by Winegard. Please give me just a couple moments as I'm in the Winegard book now seeing if there is something else we can possibly do before doing that.

Did the dealer have you download the Winegard App TV Signal Finder with AR?

Its better than the FCC link I sent. Yeah....that's one part of the business I truly hate and a reason I became an independent mobile tech so that I could fix those issues and not have you wait 6 weeks to get in. Sorry, little vent there. It might help in this case but I'm not 100% sure as it will just tell you the direction. Might help to know about obstructions wherever you are. Here in TN, I have a couple hills that block my signal.

Ok. Here's a couple more things we can do. Where the COAX is at the wall plate, turn off the power to the TV and remove the plate. You want to check those connections on the back side for tightness. This is also the junction for your Air360 that connects to your other TV's.
