Try this to see if the jacks will run up. Start the engine and apply the foot brake and release the parking brake. These should have drive away protection and when the parking brake is released they should run up. Make sure the RV is also in park. IF the parking brake was not set or the vehicle was not in park the jacks and slides are not going to work.

Next I would find the control box for the jacks, this is normally mounted in the overhead of one of the front pass through storage compartments, center of the RV. Unplug all the connectors and then plug them back in and see what happens. This control box supplies voltage to the control panel inside. The control box is normally mounted to the overhead in an outside compartment OR center of the dash area, location changes per year and floor plan.

Below is a link for a manual, this manual is going to help as it will show you how to get the jacks up manually if needed.

Look at the wiring diagram on the second to last page, figure 9. You have a control box that supplies voltage to the control pad inside the RV.

IF needed follow the procedures to get the jacks up manually so you can at least travel.
