Trying pushing all 4 diamond-shaped jack buttons at the same time that should reset the system and return to normal operation.

My computer had to be reset and you opted me out which means I could not respond to you.

What you can try next is to start the RV apply the foot brake and release the parking brake, the jacks will have drive away protection and should retract when you release the parking brake. IF that does not work I will give you instructions for getting them up manually.

Please be patient we work with many RV owners at the same time, in this case I have to restart my computer or I would have responded sooner.

When you release the parking brake that will happen and the jacks should retract.

IF holding all 4 diamond shaped buttons did not work or the emergency retract then I would run them up manually. I am going to get you that info, you are going to need a drill and 1/2 socket. I will respond shortly.
