I have an RV repair facility and work on these systems for a living and I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your A/C! Most issues like this are a result of no incoming AC power or DC power to the controls or both. Start by checking the AC breaker(s) on the generator and the load center where all the fuses and breakers are. Flip those off and back on again. Double check the battery disconnect solenoid switch to be sure you have 12 VDC available. Start there and then get back to me and if you have or can come up with a small digital multimeter like you can find at most local hardware stores we can do some testing.

Something is using too much power. You can't have anything on when you start the generator. Turn the A/C off and go check the breakers again. On the generator and in the load center.

The A/C might be just failing or need a new hard start kit. Best to have a good mobile tech that does A/C repairs come out and do some testing and see what is causing this. Every time that breaker trips it gets weaker and weaker and will do it more quickly the next time. Maybe start by replacing that.
