Do you have the User's Manual for this model inverter and do you have a small digital multimeter for some testing like you can find at most local hardware stores? That would be helpful here. Randall
What fault code does it show? If it is charging the batteries AND supplying the AC voltage to the circuit(s) that it is hooked up to then the only other thing that can go wrong here is the the internal transfer switch is not allowing it to pass the external power source through when the generator isn't running. If that is the case it will need to be repaired. Xantrex has a number of Service Centers that do this sort of repair. I have used them for my customer's sets a number of times with good results.
