Heater blower will not turn fast enough to light heat system…

The key is if the electrode is sparking or not. As the fan comes up to speed it blows on a sail switch, when the sail switch closes it passes voltage to the circuit board via the high limit. IF the electrode is not sparking check your battery voltage, the voltage should not be dropping below 12 volts when the fan is running. IF the voltage was getting low the fan may still come on but not spin fast enough to close the sail switch.

Make sure you have nothing blocking your vents inside the RV.

IF this unit has been sitting over the summer I would also get an air nozzle and blow out the intake and exhaust really good, sometimes mud daubers can get inside and make nests and that would create an air flow problem.
The sail switch and limit can be hard to access, the circuit board can be tested with a special board tester I might start with having the board tested first before gaining access to the sail switch and limit. The sail switch sits inside the blower motor housing and will have a paddle on it, when pressed you should have continuity through it. The limit switch sits above the burner chamber it is a small round disc, it should also have continuity, the problem is location many times you have to remove the furnace from the casing to get at it.

You very well could need a new blower motor if it is making a squealing sound. CHECK you DC voltage as well.

Without the make and model my hands are tied. A good RV shop will charge about 3-4 hours to diagnose and remove and replace the motor.

SO that is a different animal that is a basement model and they are very difficult to work on. That is not a furnace but a heat pump option it has to make heat. Below is a service manual on that for you. IF that is where the problem is at I would have a shop take a look at it, the unit would need to be dropped and it is a royal pain.
