You want to check the battery voltage at the battery the slides are normally wired directly to the battery. Also check and make sure you did not trip a breaker, as a general rule any breakers for the DC side are going to be 18" from the battery, below is a picture. To test you would want to see the same voltage on each post to chassis ground. IF only one side has voltage then it is the problem. Many breakers will have a tiny tab on them that pops out when they trip.
Beyond that if you have access to the slide motor you might be able to disconnect the motor leads and jump voltage direct to the motor, if nothing happens swap the wires and the room should move for you.
