Water pump on coachman...

Water pump on coachman concord 2017 vibrating and would not stop. Water shut down so I had to disconnect inside panel wires to get it to stop. Now we have no water. Can you help. See original post that I sent 15 mins. Ago. Water pump vibrating when valve is turned on. Both indicators (outside by water inlet and inside light stay lite will not turn off). We were dry camping with dump valves closed and pressure build up and water came out the commode. Bad mess on floor. Disconnect the 3 wires from inside indicator to shut it down. That worked and opened valve ... no water would come out. We are now at a sight with sewer connection with drains opened. Pumps vibrating with valve opened. No back pressure. Quite noisy but water that come from tank only

Good morning! Thank you for bringing your question to us here at Just Answer. I have an RV repair facility and work on these for a living and I fully understand the frustration you can have when things aren't working the way they should.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your pump and water system. And I apologize for the delay in someone getting to your question! Thank you for your patience. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with questions and some of our techs may be on vacation. I just got back from one myself.

I suspect that this is going to be a problem in the pump that may have been caused by either hard water deposits OR it may have been damaged by freezing if it wasn't winterized using RV antifreeze. Pumps do not drain out and are easily damaged from freezing. So are toilet valves. Since you mentioned that as a problem as well I am leaning in that direction. If this is the case, you would need to replace the pump and toilet valve. Not too expensive and if you are somewhat handy with tools I can direct you in this repair. Make and model of your toilet would be helpful for me to know.
