Customer: Yes, myself. I have turned off and restarted control panel. Also turned off engine and restarted.

Customer: How do I retract this system?

Manually extend individual jack by holding down the EXT key and the two jack keys that make up the camper corner of that jack. Listen to insure all
jacks move when manually activated.

Instead of calling, do you recommend trying something else. Initially, I forgot to wait for the wait- processing light to come on.
I sent you a service manual with the symptoms you are having, look on page 24 and follow the steps. IF you did not get the manual please let me know.
