Normally you will have an air chuck to allow you to fill the bags and that air chuck is normally up front near the generator. I know that has been a common location for the Dutch Star over the years. Also most good experienced tow truck drivers will know what to do they just need the location of that air chuck, once they hook up air it will allow the brakes to release. IF you are having issues finding it you may want to reach out to Newmar with the VIN and they should be able to help you further.
