Hi thanks for the update and sorry for the delay. This could be electrical such as a fuse or breaker however I would also check and make sure nothing is interfering with the slide out such as some carpeting or something else. Also be sure that the leveling jacks have everything level otherwise the frame could twist in also cause a problem with the slides.
You are going to want to verify that there is power going to the motor to work the slides. As always verify all fuses and relays check good. To get you out of a pinch, there is a manual procedure to retract the slide so you can get it to a shop if you prefer to go that route. Near the motor there will be a manual retract mechanism to retract your slides. It's a pleasure to help anyway I can.

This is a 2003. Without having the manual in front of me since there are so many RVs I would not be able to tell you the exact fuse or breaker location unfortunately. I will take a look in my archives and see if I have any diagrams for your coach. If you have your operators manual, this information will likely be in there as well.
