JA: What is the make/model/year of your RV?
Customer: That I don’t know. It’s my dads RV and he has it in the middle of nowhere Nebraska
JA: Are you fixing your RV yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It runs, but there’s bad burner gaskets and very rusted/over heated heat exchanger. It would be easier to replace the entire unit rather than rebuilding it part by part.
JA: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?
Customer: It’s heat only.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. Just need a new furnace or replacement parts

Get a Suburban NT model. They come in various BTU outputs. How large is the coach or trailer this goes in?

26’. It’s a 20K BTU input

Maybe a 24 BTU or 30 BTU would be a good fit. Same size. See the attached link on these furnaces. The good thing is that you turn them on their side and the exhaust and intake fit the same holes in the coach wall. Easy to hook up.
