The key is the fan not coming on if you had the board tested it has to be the thermostat or time delay relay. When you turn the thermostat ON it sends voltage to the time delay relay, the relay should open up and send voltage to another post on the relay that is for the fan motor. SO you should have a blue wire going to the time delay relay (TDR) which should have voltage when the thermostat is turned ON, then you will have a red wire that should always have voltage present to the relay, a yellow which is ground and another red which is output to the blower motor.

IF you have voltage on the blue and the red with constant hot but nothing happens jump constant hot to the blower motor wire and if the fan comes on you have a bad TDR. IF you have no voltage on the blue wire bad thermostat.

The time delay relay should be on the blower motor housing. The newer models it is actually part of the circuit board. Look in the manual I sent and the wiring diagrams for the SF 30.

IF your style does not have the relay and is part of the circuit board then I suspect the thermostat is the problem if the board checked out good and power was jumped to the motor, look the manual over.
