Hi! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with this. I may need some additional information from you first in order to give a complete answer.
No way to tell without some testing. Do you have or can you come up with a small digital multimeter? That would be the fastest way to track down the damage.
Without a converter most all the appliances like the A/C and the fridge and water heater and furnace won't work. They all have 12 VDC controls.
Super! Get back to me later when you get that. No call.

Is there at least 12 VDC to the board? If not check the hi limit switch on the flue to see if that is tripped or bad. If there is and no 12 VDC through the 3 amp fuse then let me know or consult the manual. See the attached link. Print this out so you have it. http://www.nancyemmert.com/region6/Resources/NewDometicRefrigeratorManual.pdf
If the LP working pressure is too low it won't cool well. And it can take up to 6 hours to fully stabilize sometimes.

What about the 5 amp fuse? And did you check the heating element to see if that was good? Good AC voltage to it or not?
In the manual. Use the meter on ohms. Want to see about 48 ohms.
No resistance then no good.
Got that. No good. Get a new one and install it.
Just checking back in to see if you were able to get a new element and resolve this?
Great! And you are most welcome!
