That may be a low working pressure issue at the tank regulator or even the control board. The working pressure should be checked at least once a year. If you can get back to me with the make and model of your furnace I can supply a manual and direct you in some testing to arrive at the correct solution. All follow ups are included in our one time fee. No time limit.

suburban not sure model but manual says sf-20Q, sf-25Q, sf-30Q, sf-35Q or sf-42Q
RV Mechanic: Randall, RVIA Certification replied 10 months ago

Do you have an outside inspection cover over the furnace or not? If so, this is easier to get to the control board if the LP pressure isn't the cause. If not, the furnace has to be pulled out from inside and the board checked that way. See the attached link to the Service Manual for this model. Print this out so you have it. http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/SFseriesservice.pdf

is this inside the coach? should I be calling a professional to do this?
RV Mechanic: Randall, RVIA Certification replied 10 months ago

You can probably take the regulator off and into a shop to be adjusted, but removing the furnace isn't always easy unless you are handy with tools. If you have an outside inspection cover over the furnace the access to the control board is not hard. Then it can easily removed for testing. You might want to consider getting a mobile tech in the area to assist you. Most RV parks can recommend at least one. Let me know if you need more here from me.
