It may be disabled due to a fault with a slide location sensor/position sensor sending a false signal.Since this is a 2017 model this may still be covered under warranty to be diagnosed and repaired by a dealer or repair facility under factory warranty at no charge to you.They can usually test and locate the cause and repair it.If this is not an option for you let me know.
