Do you have a small digital multimeter for some testing? About $20 or so at most hardware stores and easy to use. I can direct you in some testing. That would be the fastest way to track this down. Be sure that someone didn't accidently turn off the battery disconnect switch. Lights and the A/C both require 12 VDC in order to operate. All follow ups here are included in our fee.

Maybe a bad disconnect relay in the disconnect solenoid. Has to be something in between the batteries and the load center. Let me know if you need more later.
