Customer Question

Good Morning,
JA: Hello. How can I help?
Customer: I am told I have to order a Battery Control center from the RV Manufacturer, Pace Arrow. Where do I contact them for the parts ?
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: No , What I need is the mother board inside the Battery Control center. It is made by RV Custom products and has a part number of CB-115 Rev E
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: 2003 Pace ARrow with 2 slide outs model 37A
JA: Are you fixing your RV yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I took the board out and now need to find a replacement.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Lets go with what you have for now.

Don't forget to disconnect the negative lead(s) off the battery(s) when you are installing this new one so you don't take any chances of shorting it out.
