Hi! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with this. I may need some additional information from you first in order to give a complete answer.

Expert:  Randall replied 3 months ago.

Do you have a good 12 VDC to the conrol in the rear? Check the fuses first and a small digital multiple would be helpful here to track down the problem. I can direct you in a few simple tests and supply a Service Manual that we can use as a guide for this. Parts are still available for this. All follow ups are included in our fee.

Where is fuse for unit?
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Where is fuse located? Inside fridge or from the outside rear
Expert:  Randall replied 3 months ago.

One is on the control board and one in the load center.

When I get to take lunch I can grab a copy of the Service Manual for you and we can use that for some trouble shooting if the fuses are both good.

See the attached link for the Service Manual. Sorry for the delay on this. I live off-grid and our server isn't always working. Let me know if you need more here. http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/AES.pdf

Just following up here on your question. I am wondering if you perhaps missed my earlier response or did you get this resolved? Easy to do with the large amount of e-mail most of us get these days! If you need me to resend it, please let me know. Thanks!
