Do I have to pay for the answer? how much, 1998 allegra bay

Customer Question

do I have to pay for the answer?
JA: You end up paying for the answer if you are satisfied with it.
Customer: how much
JA: What's the make/model/year of your RV?
Customer: 1998 allegra bay diesel pusher
JA: How old is the engine? And when was it last serviced?
Customer: nothing wrong with the engine the question is on the odometer
JA: What is the model of your '98 RV?
Customer: Allegra Bay Diesel Pusher
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: can the odometer be changed - we bought it with approximately 32,000 miles on it and it was inspected and had the right mileage on it and have used for 2 long trips from Darlington, Md to Minneapolis, MN which was about 1500 miles each way x 2 which is about 6000 miles and we noticed on the way back the odometer screwed up - it show 160,000 miles Can this be fixed I do not want to do anything illegal - but we have the title on when we purchased and it was inspected and has the miles on it and we keep a book in the motorhome for fill ups and can show where it went wrong?

Hello

the odometer can be changed / repaired but if its a electronic type of display then you need a specialist to re-programme it for you
