I have 2014 Forest River 19' Roo with a Dometic DMC-7 refrigerator that fails to turn on and gives error display

Customer: Hello, I have 2014 Forest River 19' Roo with a Dometic DMC-7 refrigerator that fails to turn on and gives error display indicating overheated thermostat or disconnected thermostat. can you help me restore the unit to operation?
JA: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?
Customer: No. Can I do this without pulling the unit from the RV?
JA: What is the model of your '14 Forest River?

Customer: I removed the outside panel to the refrigerator and checked the fuses, fuses appear OK.

It also appears the solenoid valve isn't allowing the gas pilot to light.

ON your flue canister look for a tripped thermo-fuse, if that is tripped then the fridge will not turn on, if the fridge has been running you need to let it cool off before it will reset, click HERE and see picture, it will say thermofuse. IT is really small about the size of a quarter or slightly larger and in the center is a tiny button.

When that trips it will prevent the fridge from doing anything it is a safety.
